Our aim is that orders received by noon on weekdays will be despatched that day if the item is in stock. Please note that, other than delivery by Royal Mail, orders will be delivered on weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays.

Our standard shipping charges are:

For single orders under £50.00 we charge £4.95 for delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked Post

For single orders over £50 of small to medium-sized items, delivery is free

Age-verified services will incur an additional £8.95

For single orders of paddles, boats or paddleboards there may be a charge depending on the size of the item and the delivery address. This charge will be shown during checkout. Any charge which is dependant on the delivery address is to reflect additional charges by our carriers.

You may be able to upgrade the delivery service, depending on your order and the delivery address. The options available and their cost will be listed during checkout.

 Most large products, such as boats and paddles, are sent by carrier or delivered in our van and will require a signature on receipt. We will contact you prior to despatch to agree the best delivery date. Delivery may be any time between 8am and 6pm.
